Jill Hennessy

The resident of Edmonton, Alberta has a mix of ancestry from Irish, Italian, Swedish, French and Ukranian. Jacqueline is her twin sister, and is an actor. While growing up, Jill became fluent in various languages like Italian, French and Spanish. Jill began to become interested in acting at the age of twelve. She began her acting career in Toronto by appearing in David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers playing an escort with the twins of her. After that, she was studying improv with Second City under Deb Kimmet. After that, she moved in New York two years later after which she signed a deal to portray Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit lengthy-running show Law & Order. For the duration of her 3 year stint as a character, she also had the privilege of performing in feature films, such as RoboCop 3 (1993), Ron Howard's The Paper (1994), as well as I Shot Andy Warhol (1996).
